WHAT IS INCLUDED WITH FREE SHIPPING?

Our free shipping offers do not include any applicable surcharges for items that must be shipped via a specialized freight carrier. Our freight shipping includes only standard curbside delivery. Freight shipping does not include "white glove" service, inside delivery, delivery to any floors other than the ground floor, or furniture assembly.  If an item that you order ships via freight, our shipping partner will call in advance to schedule a delivery window during weekday business hours.

 

HOW WILL YOU SHIP MY ORDER?

The majority of items are shipped via FedEx Ground or UPS. We do not have a Saturday delivery option for these carriers. For larger items we may use specialized freight carriers.  If you have any questions about the delivery service, please contact customer service.

 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Shipping times vary for each product and manufacturer, so please refer to the lead times quoted on each product page for a more accurate estimate. The quoted lead times are averages for in-stock items and are only estimates.  Backordered items are indicated on the product page.

We try hard to ship in the times quoted (and faster if possible), but sometimes items are delayed beyond the stated windows.  If an item that you order will take longer than the original estimate, we will inform you as soon as possible to let you know what the new estimated shipping date is.

 

WHAT IF I MISS DELIVERY OF MY SHIPMENT AND IT IS RETURNED TO SENDER?

We understand you can't pass up that last minute invitation to fly off to The Bahamas, but should you find yourself in this situation while expecting a Homebody's delivery, please let us know as soon as possible and we'll do everything we can to delay your delivery.  

Please note if a shipping company attempts a delivery and is unable to complete it and your item is returned to our designer or distributor, a 20% restocking fee may be deducted from your refund.  Additionally, your refund may experience delays while we work to manually track the shipment, obtain actual costs and apply the refund.

 

 CAN YOU EXPEDITE SHIPPING? DO YOU HAVE OTHER SHIPPING OPTIONS?

 We do not offer expedited shipping. All of our items ship directly from the designer to you--many of which are made-to-order--so our delivery time is on par or speedier than other online retailers.
